Product information
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are indicative. Handcrafted and handwoven goods vary naturally in colour, size, and finish. Final specifications are confirmed in writing on each quotation and proforma invoice.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to raw material availability and confirmation at the time of order. An order is binding only once a proforma invoice is issued and the agreed advance payment is received.
Pricing, payment and delivery
Prices are quoted FOB or CIF as stated. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and run from the date of order confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Risk and title pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Kapex Global and may not be reproduced without written permission. Buyer-supplied designs and labels remain the property of the buyer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kapex Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
